This cabochon is roughly 15mm x 10mm in size. Not exactly sure what the chunk of material was, but I am fairly sure its in the malachite or turquoise family.
To the naked eye this stone appears a lot more uniformly round. Now that I have a magnified view, I see imperfections that will bother me till I fix them. Don't you hate that? |
